At Pakghor by Britto Arts Trust, people cook and eat together. The Social Kitchen becomes a meeting place and a forum for exchange in public space.
Britto Arts Trust has invited various groups and organizations to share their recipes and stories. Today, the Social Kitchen is co-organized by Cuisine sans frontières.
For more than 20 years, Cuisine sans frontières has been bringing people worldwide together at the same table to promote peace. Through gastronomic meeting points and hands-on training programs, the association provides concrete future prospects in conflict and crisis zones.
In the "Pakghor," Cuisine sans frontières will be cooking alongside volunteer restaurateur Anjum Amirtham and a team of refugees who are currently attending the Csf cooking course in Triemli.
The menu features a Chicken Biryani (as well as a vegetarian option). Visitors can also learn more about the association's work in Switzerland and in conflict and crisis zones on-site.
If you would like to help cook, please sign up with Cuisine sans frontières.
